Ever since Jon Snow left Winterfell without giving his loyal direwolf Ghost some love back in Game of Thrones Episode 804, “The Last of the Starks,” I have been furious with him. I mean, come on bro, Ghost lost an ear and got badly injured defending Winterfell from the dead, and all you could muster was a sideways glance? Dick move, Jon.
Well in the final moments of “The Iron Throne,” Ghost got his happy ending with Jon showing him some major lovins and snugglins, as the two were reunited at Castle Black. I gotta admit, when Jon sent Ghost away with Tormund, I didn’t think we’d see them again, but I am so very happy we did. And, call me crazy, but it looked like Jon as going north of the Wall to become a wildling, because he looked back as the gates closed and for once he seemed happy.
Anyway, let’s get to how the internet felt about Ghost getting his due.
